Wednesday: Come join the Chef in tasting local and imported cheeses with wine parings.
Join us as we teach how to put together a cheese board and how to pair accompanying wines for cocktail parties or entertaining.
We will be tasting local goat cheese with sauvignon blanc, aged gouda with cabernet sauvignon and dolce gorgonzola with port wine
